Keep SHSAT as the only qualification for admission; established specialized advanced programs for more qualified students

When disqualified student study in high level class, it brings down score of qualified student. Examples are Cardozo High School & NEST. The school point average collapsed after the combine.

Letting 25% of public school seats for unperforming students, all schools can be destroyed. Majority are from moderate income families & can't afford private school for quality education. As a result, many families will leave the beautiful country.

Solution is to create special program for medium students instead of destroying all schools.

We need our country in positive direction & all will have a chance to thrive. With proper approach, they will eventually be qualified for specialized high school provided with standard test SHSAT.

We have high concern of our country's future. Promoting A10427 is not a proper approach to help median grade students to enhance educational potential. Providing with more advanced programs to reach utimate goals may be the best solution for all.

Other factor is that neighborhoods has been destroyed after the admittance of students who came from other area other than it's own district. A disciplinary course should be added before the admission. The residence deserves a safe and clean neighborhood after paying high tax for its amenities. One of the example is Benjamin N Cardozo High School. The school doomed to steep drop and crimes are everywhere.

We cannot admit more undisciplined students into our school and neighborhood to destroy the wellness of education system and surroundings.
