关于正在进行中的集体诉讼公告

谨此公告，旨在根据美国联邦民事诉讼法23条（a）款和（b）款以及23条（c）（2）款告知所有与被告阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司（以下简称“阿里巴巴”）进行过电子商务交易的所有据称受害人：此案暂时在纽约南区美国地方法院进行审理，名称为李海东及类似受害人集体诉阿里巴巴公司， 案件编号为19-cv-11629。

被告人阿里巴巴是世界上最大的电子商务巨头之一。现正由申索为商业欺诈和故意虚假陈述受害人群体提起集体起诉讼，并由本律师代理，以此宣布本案：所有参与阿里巴巴电子商务交易的参与者控告被告人阿里巴巴，均基于发现自己因商业欺诈而受害，因此，我们鼓励故意虚假陈述和不适当的隐瞒的受害者和本律师联系，与署名原告一道根据本公告末尾提供的律师联系信息尽快和本律师联系。另外，那些不同意参加集体诉讼的人，也可以联系这位签名律师，根据联邦民事诉讼程序规则第23条（b）的规定，通知本律师要求从共享任何可能的解决方案带来的利益名单中排除：

Public Announcement for On-going Class Action

This public announcement is respectfully made to inform all alleged victims having involved in E-commerce transactions with Defendant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. (hereinafter “Alibaba”) pursuant to Rule 23 (a) and (b) Rule 23(c)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures. Case is momentarily pending with the U.S. District Court for Southern District of New York under the title of Haiding Li, and Similarly situated Plaintiffs as a Class, v. Alibaba, 19-cv-11629.

Defendant Alibaba is one of the world’s largest E-Merchants, is now being sued by alleged victims of commercial frauds and willful misrepresentation as a class, being represented by this undersigned attorney, to make this public announcement: All participants involved in E-commerce transactions with Defendant Alibaba who ended up finding themselves victimized by commercial frauds, willful misrepresentation and undue concealment are encouraged and advised to contact the undersigned counsel representing Plaintiffs and yet to join plaintiffs with the contacting information provided at the end of this announcement. Those who do not agree to join this class action may also contact this undersigned counsel to request for exclusion from sharing of any benefits from possible settlement pursuant to Rule 23 (a) and (b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures:
