Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Last Mile Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the progress of orders, promptly feedback customer needs, handling customer complaints, promptly responding, and maintaining customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the progress of orders from the warehouse to end customers
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and report on delivery status to ensure seamless last-mile connectivity
- Promptly feedback customer needs, address and resolve their concerns in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic
- Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office and other inventory management software.
