活佛济公


济公活佛是中国佛教史上最富传奇色彩的神僧，临济宗杨岐派六祖，禅宗第五十祖。





生平源考



济公（公元1148年–公元1209年），南宋禅宗高僧，法名道济。浙江台州人，出生于天台山永宁村，他的高祖李遵勖是宋太宗驸马、镇国军节度使。

李家世代信佛，父亲李茂春和母亲乐善好施，年近四旬，膝下无嗣，虔诚拜佛求得此子。国清寺住持亲自为其取俗名修缘，从此与佛门结下深缘。

父母双亡以后，先是进国清寺拜法空一本为师，在当过国清寺住持的高僧瞎堂慧远禅师的门下，受具足戒，取名道济，嗣其法衣，随后参访祗园寺，观音寺大德，最后投奔杭州灵隐寺。





历史真相



「酒肉穿肠过，佛祖心中留」这句话成为很多人肆意吃肉喝酒的铁证，几乎成了很多人和不懂佛法的学佛人吃肉的依据。而实际上,这是断章取义，这段话丢了后面两句「世人若学我，如同进魔道」

根据《济颠醉菩提全传》中所记：沈员外派家仆给济公送两只熟鸽子和一壶酒，仆人路上偷吃了一只翅膀，偷喝了几口酒。以为神仙也难知道。济公当面指出来，仆人不承认，济公于是到阶前吐出两只活的鸽子，其中一只少一个翅膀。

济公活佛的内在境界绝非凡夫能想象，世人望尘莫及，切不可盲目效仿，混淆圣凡，以讹传讹。印光大法师在《文钞》中关于这方面有诸多教言，劝诫后学万不可盲目随学，以免自欺欺人，误导众生。

以下恭录《印光大师文钞》教言，以正视听。

“道济禅师，乃大神通圣人，欲令一切人生正信心，故常显不思议事。其饮酒食肉者，乃遮掩其圣人之德，欲令愚人见其颠狂不法，因之不甚相信。否则彼便不能在世间住矣。凡佛菩萨现身，若示同凡夫，唯以道德教化人，绝不显神通。若显神通，便不能在世间住。唯现作颠狂者，显则无妨，非曰修行人皆宜饮酒食肉也。

世间善人，尚不饮酒食肉，况为佛弟子，要教化众生，而自己尚不依教奉行。则不但不能令人生信，反令人退失信心，故饮酒食肉不可学。彼吃了死的，会吐出活的。你吃了死的，尚不能吐出原样的肉，何可学彼吃肉。

彼喝了酒，能替佛装金。能将无数大木，从井里运来，汝喝了酒，把井水也运不出来，何可学他……

世人不知所以然，不是妄学，便是妄毁，妄学则决定要堕地狱，妄毁则是以凡夫之知见，测度神通圣人，亦属罪过，比之学者，尚轻之多多矣。见其不可思议处，当生敬信。见其饮酒食肉处，绝不肯学，则得益不受损矣。祈洞察是幸。”





外俗内​仁



济公的一生富有传奇色彩，他“颠”且“济”。天性好动，不喜念经，难耐打坐，经常和顽童厮混在一起作呼洞猿、斗蟋蟀的游戏。甚至蘸大蒜吃狗肉，僧众告到方丈室，慧远大.师却说：“佛门之大，岂不容一颠僧！”于是被人们称作“颠僧”。

他写诗自述：“削发披缁已有年，唯同诗酒是因缘。坐看弥勒空中戏，日向毗卢顶上眠。撒手须能欺十圣，低头端不让三贤。茫茫宇宙无人识，只道颠僧绕市廛。”活脱脱的一幅“游戏人间”的自画像。

从外表看，这位号称“湖隐”、“方圆叟”的穷和尚，破帽破扇破鞋垢衲衣，貌似疯颠，似丐似氓，非僧非道，实际上却是一位学问渊博，行善积德的得道高僧。

他懂医术，他用精湛的医术为老僧、贫民悉心治疾，疑难杂症多得根治。净慈寺失火，他自撰榜文，前去严陵山一带募化，使之恢复旧观。

因为常游方市井，拯危济困，息人之净，救人之命，彰善惩恶。于是人们又以他扶危济困的种种而称之为“济颠”，尊之为“济公活佛”。





示现圆​寂



宋嘉定二年道济禅师预知时至，沐浴更衣，端坐而化，世寿六十二，法腊四十四。荼毘时，舍利如雨，供奉于虎跑寺。一代活佛，就此辞世。一生任性逍遥、游戏人生的济公活佛，注重修心，不拘形式，放浪形骸，他所彰显的是一种自然天真，随缘入世的度化精神。

济公在圆寂之前，他将自己一生的智慧，凝聚成了一首诗：

《辞世颂》

六十年来狼藉，东壁打到西壁。

如今收拾归来，依旧水连天碧。

他这首诗虽然只有短短24字，却流传千古，意味深长，每次读都能得到新的启发，

六十年来狼藉，东壁打到西壁：“辛辛苦苦，六十年，总算体验到“东壁打倒西壁”，一切功名利禄，不过是过眼云烟。

如今收拾归来，依旧水连天碧：人生兜兜转转60年，如今回头看看这一生的成果，才发现，悟前，水连天碧，悟后，依旧水连天碧。”一切都是最好的安排。

济公觉得，世间万事自有天意，善恶到头终有报，做好自己该做的，其它的顺其自然，老天自有安排。

我们需要做的不过是，凡事因上努力，果上随缘，尽人事，听天命。
