As an Insurance Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our agents and underwriters with day-to-day administrative tasks, client communications, and policy processing. Your knowledge of insurance procedures and attention to detail will help ensure smooth and accurate service for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry

Familiarity with policy documentation, endorsements, and claims processing

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferably fluent in Mandarin and English

As part of our Finance Department, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We would prefer a person who has some experience in the accounting field and we are willing to train them.
