We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bilingual Graphic Designer (English and Chinese) to join the Marketing & Communications team. This role plays a key part in shaping the visual identity of our organization across digital, print, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, with photography and video editing skills to support content creation and storytelling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute visual assets including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, email templates, presentations, and signage, etc
•Support brand consistency across all marketing materials
•Assist in planning and capturing photos at events, staff portraits, and campaigns
•Edit photos and videos for internal and external use
•Collaborate closely with marketing team members on creative concepts and campaign execution
•Help maintain and organize a digital asset library (photos, videos, design files)
•Contribute to website and social media content with visually engaging designs
•Assist in basic motion graphics or short video clips for promotions


Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•2+ years of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance experience accepted)
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus)
•Experience with photography and using a DSLR or mirrorless camera for photo shoots
•Basic video editing experience (e.g., trimming clips, adding titles/music for short videos)
•Understanding of branding and layout principles
•Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Preferred Skills:

•Familiarity with social media platforms and content requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
•Ability to shoot and edit short video
•Knowledge of print production processes
•Capable to read and write in Chinese
•Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus
